Each year Lets Go Surfing recognizes the professional achievements
of the coaches and staff as they climb higher in the international
surf instructor accreditation ladder and complete other staff
development programs within Lets Go Surfing. The Awards Presentation
night is a 'black tie' dinner event, and the road trip is
the less formal reward.
In true LGS spirit, no celebration would be complete without
an awards night recognizing the whole team & the outstanding
achievers for the season. Each year the awards are peer-selected
and always include a number of new coaching achievers mixed
in with a few of the old and salty sea dogs.
The aim of the road trip is to allow 'staff development'
of a different kind. It provides an opportunity for the entire
LGS team to generally kick back, surf and relax together after
a very long, hot and physically demanding summer season.
We hope you enjoy the photos as much as we enjoyed making
them, but somehow that's hard to imagine.
